 the document is slightly enlarged in order to let it overlap the page
 borders a little bit. This ensures that even with minor mechanical
 deviations of the printer no white margins will be visible at any
 border.</P>

<P class="western">The level of enlargement can be selected by the
 &bdquo;overlap&ldquo; slider. Position &bdquo;min&ldquo; means no enlargement at all.</P>
<P class="western" style="margin-left: 1.25cm"><B>Hint</B>: If even in
 the &bdquo;max&ldquo; position there is still a white margin visible at one border,
 you can define a new borderless page size in the &bdquo;Custom Page Size
 Editor&ldquo; where you can edit printing position and enlargement
 individually.</P>
<H5 class="western">Feed</H5>
<P class="western">The input feed (e.g. manual or automatic).</P>
<H5 class="western">Tray</H5>
<P class="western">The output tray (only for printers that support
 different output trays).</P>
<H5 class="western">Duplex</H5>
<P class="western">Activate &quot;Duplex&quot; mode if you want the printer to use
 both paper sides. You can choose between &bdquo;portrait&ldquo; and &bdquo;landscape&ldquo;
 format &ndash; depending on which side the pages should be turned over later.</P>
<P class="western">For printers that do not support automatic duplexing
 a manual duplex mode is offered by TurboPrint. See &bdquo;Duplex Mode&ldquo;
 setting.</P>
<H5 class="western">Copies</H5>
<P class="western">If you need several copies, enter the desired number
 of printouts (&quot;1&quot; means no copies).</P>
<H5 class="western">Mirror</H5>
<P class="western">The printout will be mirrored (left and right
 swapped). This setting is activated automatically for &quot;backprint&quot; and
 &quot;t-shirt transfer&quot; media.</P>
<H5 class="western">Pages On Sheet</H5>
<P class="western">With this function you can print several scaled down
 pages on one sheet of paper.</P>
<P class="aufz&auml;hlung-1-fortsetzung-western"><B>1</B> - one page per
 sheet (default)</P>
<P class="aufz&auml;hlung-1-fortsetzung-western"><B>2</B> - print two
 pages on one sheet; the printout is rotated by 90 degrees</P>
<P class="aufz&auml;hlung-1-fortsetzung-western"><B>4</B> - print four
 pages on one sheet</P>
<P class="western" style="margin-left: 1.25cm"><B>Note:</B> The &bdquo;Pages
 On Sheet&ldquo; function is an option of the CUPS printing system which is
 not compatible to all application programs. With incompatible
 applications you might get a normal printout or even no printout at
 all.</P>
<P class="western" style="margin-left: 1.25cm">Some programs offer a
 similar option in their print dialogs (e.g. in the LibreOffice print
 dialog) - then you should use that option instead.</P>
<H5 class="western">Duplex Mode</H5>
<P class="western">Select the appropriate duplex mode. You can choose
 between &bdquo;automatic duplex&ldquo; (if supported by the printer) and &bdquo;manual
 duplex&ldquo; (all printers).</P>
<P class="western">In manual duplex mode all odd pages are printed first
 (pages 1,3,5,...). Then a dialog is shown that asks you to turn the
 pile of printed pages and to feed it again into the printer. The paper
 should be inserted in a manner that the back of page 1 will be printed
 on next.</P>

<P class="western">These options are available as Duplex Mode:</P>
<P class="aufz&auml;hlung-1-fortsetzung-western"><B>Auto</B> &ndash; automatic
 duplex printing (only printers with a duplex unit)</P>
<P class="aufz&auml;hlung-1-fortsetzung-western"><B>Manual</B> &ndash; manual
 duplex printing &ndash; printed pages must be turned over by the user</P>
<P class="aufz&auml;hlung-1-fortsetzung-western"><B>Manual reverse</B> &ndash;
 manual duplex printing for printers with cassette feeders (default for
 HP printers)</P>
<P class="western">If &bdquo;Manual reverse&ldquo; is selected, the odd pages are
 printed in reverse order. This is necessary for printers which print on
 the lower side of the fed paper (e.g. most laser printers and
 HP-inkjets).</P>
<P class="western">If front and back sides of your printed documents are
 in an incorrect order, change from &bdquo;manual&ldquo; to &bdquo;manual reverse&ldquo; (or
 vice versa).</P>
