<i>y</i>-axis text label. This scale value is a power of ten,
that is, <CODE>10<sup><font size="+1">YPOWER</font></sup></CODE>,
and the numbers labeling the <I>y</I>-axis should be multiplied by
this scale value to get the correct graph units.</P>
