The official name of the DotGNU Portable.NET project is exactly that. To keep
this consistent for users, it should be <em>always</em> called "DotGNU
Portable.NET" (not pnet or Portable.NET). The explanation of what DotGNU
Portable.NET is, should be in the package <em>long</em> description.
