Directory for deepspeech data

- get the deepspeech model file from
  https://github.com/mozilla/DeepSpeech/releases/download/v0.6.0/deepspeech-0.6.0-models.tar.gz

- put the contained files
	lm.binary
	trie
	output_graph.pbmm
  into the en-US directory.

Further languages can be added to respectives directories named after language codes.
